Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, has sacked four commissioners in the State Executive Council.
Those affected in the exercise include, Chief Lucky James, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Blessing Maigida, Commissioner for Women Affairs, Patrick Aguinede, Commissioner for Basic Education and Chris Ebare, Commissioner for Energy and Water Resources
The sacked commissioners have been directed to hand over all government property in their possession to the Permanent Secretaries in their respective Ministries.
Oshiomhole expressed his appreciation to the former commissioners for their services to the state, wishing them well in their future endeavours.
