Our correspondent JAMES IGAH reports that the lower chamber of the National Assembly called the Special Session outside it regular plenary, in a bid to listen to the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, IBE KACHUKWU.However; when it was time to call in the Petroleum Minister; members of the House drawn from the opposition Peoples Democratic Party rejected the invitation of IBE KACHUKWU into the Green Chamber.Trouble started when the Speaker; YAKUBU DOGARA overruled the PDP members, who responded with a noisy chant of solidarity songs. After normalcy was restored; the House went into a closed-door session to enable the federal lawmakers sort out their differences.
