The scorecard unveiling ceremony was held at the Obi-Wali International Conference Centre in Port Harcourt and was witnessed by a roll call of dignitaries.
Speaking at the event; Governor WIKE listed investments by his administration on improvement of the judiciary and security of the state.
Governor WIKE observed that the Nigerian Navy has not been making use of ten gunboats provided by the Rivers State Government.
Governor WIKE said the Rivers State Government under his watch has been investing in water projects and marine transportation, among others.
The Rivers State Governor also brushed on the issue of absence of fiscal federalism and alleged marginalization of the state by the Federal Government.
