The latest controversy follows a document made available to newsmen by the leadership of PHCCIMA, claiming that the court has removed Chief ISAAC WONWU as a member.
Chief ISAAC WONWU was the plaintiff in a Federal High Court case that led to the sacking of all the executive members of PHCCIMA.
The documents claimed that WONWU was removed for failing to pay the annual dues of PHCCIMA since 2012.
In his reaction, ISAAC WONWU said there was no way he could have paid dues to an Executive Committee whose election he was challenging in court and which the court has declared null and void.
