IGBENEGHU was asked to step down from all ministerial assignments.
The directive of the Church is contained in a statement by the National Secretary, IKECHUKWU UGBAJA, who dissociated Foursquare Gospel Church from IGBENEGHU, saying appropriate measures would be taken against him.
The associate professor had been caught on camera making sexual advances at a prospective student of the University of Lagos in an investigative report by the BBC where the reporter student claimed to be seventeen–year–old.
