Speaking on behalf of the group, APC Senatorial candidate, Chief ANDREW UCHENDU said it was worrisome that the state government failed to ensure peace and security during the re-run elections.Addressing a news conference in Port Harcourt, Chief UCHENDU condemned the leadership style of Governor NYESOM WIKE.Chief UCHENDU appealed to Rivers leaders of thought to call the Governor to order to avoid plunging the state into further crisis.Other APC candidates at the news conference, including IGO AGUMA, CHIDI NWIHIOKA, COLLINS ORDU, OGBONNA NWUKE, MAUREEN TAMUNO and TONY OKOCHA, called for the cancellation of the entire process of the re-run elections because of alleged electoral malpractice.
