President BUHARI spoke in New York during the 74th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
He said Nigeria is giving notice to the international criminal groups by the vigorous prosecution of the Process and Industrial Development Limited, P&ID scam attempting to cheat Nigeria of billions of dollars.
Meanwhile, Minister of Information and Culture, LAI MOHAMMED while speaking with newsmen in London, also on the P and ID issue, said it is never too late to stop an attempt to defraud a country.
A UK court had recently awarded a private company, P&ID a nine point six billion dollars judgment debt against Nigeria.
