Arsenal have indicated interest in battling Tottenham for the signing of Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze.
Eze’s consistent performances for the Eagles and particularly his brilliance last season have seen him attract interest from Arsenal and Tottenham this summer.
The midfielder has evolved into one of the Premier League’s best players since first joining Crystal Palace from Queen’s Park Rangers in 2020. He has scored 34 goals and provided 23 assists in 146 top-flight appearances.
His biggest moment in a Palace shirt came last season when he scored the only goal in their FA Cup final victory over Manchester City to win the club the first major trophy in their history.
According to the Sun, Arsenal are ready to fight for the 26-year-old’s signature and have held talks with representatives of the Palace star.
The Gunners must be ready to cough out £68 million to sign the England international this summer.
