Chairman of the council, George Ariolu who gave the charge while receiving the beneficiaries said they must ensure that they attract development to the local government area.
One of the beneficiaries, Sampson Worlu who spoke on behalf of others thanked the local government council administration for the privilege and promised to make good use of the opportunity.
