State Chairman of APC, DAVIES IBIAMU IKANYA advised the governor not to create crisis in the state by embarking on flag-off for roads awarded by the NDDC, for which he said work was already going on.
IKANYA said the APC was surprised that Governor WIKE suddenly woke up to embark on road project flag-off that were awarded by the NDDC.
He said the APC was also worried about a purported directive by the Governor to the Etche Local Government Council to mobilize hoodlums to disrupt and chase away construction workers from work sites, especially at the Chokocho-Igbo Etche Road where he said NDDC contractors have been working on since August.
