Super Falcons midfielder Deborah Abiodun says the team remains determined to win more titles despite Nigeria’s dominance in African women’s football.
Abiodun said the reigning champions are fully focused on defending their Women’s Africa Cup of Nations title and extending Nigeria’s record to an 11th continental crown.
She noted that the team’s previous success would not lead to complacency, insisting every match at the tournament would be approached with seriousness.
The Super Falcons have been drawn in Group C alongside Malawi, Zambia and Egypt for the 2026 WAFCON in Morocco.
Abiodun also said the team is committed to making Nigerians proud and will not underestimate any opponent as they pursue another continental triumph.
