A retired general of the Nigerian Army has called on the Federal Government to take steps to check inciting comments by Rivers State Governor, NYESOM WIKE.Retired Brigadier-General ELTON AMAH also said Governor WIKE should be held responsible for any untoward reaction to his call on members of the PDP to resist arrest by security agencies.Speaking in an interview with correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR, said it was wrong for the number one citizen of the state to deliberately incite the people against the security agencies.He said the statement by the governor was a clear directive for member of his political party to fight any security personnel who attempts to carry out an arrest, notwithstanding the offences they might have allegedly committed.
