Nigeria’s Senate President, BUKOLA SARAKI, his predecessor, DAVID MARK, former Governor JAMES IBORI as well as veteran politician, THEOPHILUS DANJUMA were allegedly mentioned in the leaked documents. An official of Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Centre, KOLAWOLE BANWO told correspondent VICTOR EZEAMA that the leaked documents highlighted secret deals by individuals which undermine the growth of developing countries, like Nigeria. BANWO said it behoves on the Federal government and the anti-graft agencies to study the report and get additional facts, especially as it concerns the Senate President. KOLAWOLE BANWO also called on Nigerian investigators and journalists to do more in exposing the excesses of corrupt politicians in the country.
