Some respondents who spoke on the celebration of this year’s Independence Day celebration said there is need for the government at all levels to invest heavily in education while others want the Federal government to address issues raised by different groups in the country.
They told correspondent VICTOR EZEAMA that different sectors of the Nigerian Economy desire reforms that meet current reality.
Also speaking, Chairman of Ikwerre Local government area, SAMUEL NWANOSIKE said Nigeria will not experience true federalism until the Federal government surrenders most of its powers to state and Local councils, while Senator MAGNUS ABE said though more needs to be done, Nigeria has grown as a country.
