The party threatened to mobilise civil society organisations in the state to stage a massive protest against the government at the end of the seven days ultimatum.
Briefing newsmen in Port Harcourt, State Chairman of the party, PRINCE FAVOUR also threatened that the party will take the state Governor to court, stressing that the state cannot be run by one man.
The Labour party also called on the Governor to extend the execution of projects to other areas of the state to avoid making Rivers a one city state.
