This is because the traditional rulers who were linked to the signatory to the disputed land have disowned the purported signatories to a document concerning the land.
A stakeholder in the community had announced that Chief RICHMAN SOKARI and OBUKIYE OFORI signed documents of the land when it was sold out to some individuals.
But Chief RICHMAN SOKARI and OBUKIYE OFORI who were mentioned as signatories to the documents described the announcement as false, saying they never signed such document allegedly linked to their names.
Some other chiefs from the community who spoke to our correspondent on the development insisted that the said land belongs to the OBIALI JAJA AMACHREE family of Buguma.
