The accused persons, including SAVIOUR FELIX, JUDE CHINDA, SAMUEL ABE and EMEKA BENJAMIN, are facing four counts of conspiracy and involvement in cult activities.
The suspects were arrested on 6th of June on suspicion of membership of Viking and Iceland cult groups.
However; Chief Magistrate SOKARI ANDREW-JAJA ruled that his court lacked the jurisdiction to grant the accused persons bail, and therefore remanded them in the Port Harcourt Maximum Security Prison.
