The Apex Court also ordered Senator DANLADI to refund all the salaries and allowances he received while occupying the position within ninety days.
The Supreme Court Justices further declared that SHUAIBU LAU should be sworn-in to replace DANLADI as the Senator for Taraba North Senatorial District.
They equally ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to issue a Certificate of Return to LAU for his onward inauguration into the National Assembly.
The orders of the Supreme Court were made in a judgment on an appeal by SHUAIBU LAU against the ruling of the Court of Appeal that upturned his victory in the party primaries leading to the 2015 elections.
