Gov Wike blames delay of Rivers LG Polls on pending litigation by former elected council chairmen,councillors.

Governor NYESOM WIKE said there was no way the state would go ahead to conduct election when there are unresolved issues pending in the court.

He further assured that the elections would be conducted before 2019.
