Our correspondent reports that Lagos-based blogger, KEMI OMOLOLU-OLUNLOYO and SAMUEL WALSON, who is the publisher of a local tabloid in Port Harcourt, were granted bail by the Port Harcourt Magistrate Court in the sum of two hundred thousand naira each.
Chief Magistrate ALATUWO ELKANAH also ordered the accused persons to produce credible sureties who must be residents of Port Harcourt.
The Court also struck out one of the charges involving cybercrime for lack of jurisdiction, before adjourning the case to 4th May for hearing.
KEMI OMOLOLU-OLUNLOYO and SAMUEL WALSON are accused of publishing defamatory and malicious story against Pastor DAVID IBIYEOMIE.
