INEC Chairman, Professor MAHMOOD YAKUBU made the appeal at a news conference in Abuja, where he expressed hopes that media practitioners would make more input into the work of the commission.
YAKUBU revealed that only two registered political parties have declared their election expenses to INEC after the 2015 elections, as required by law.
He also offered more explanations on the reason for the release of the template for the 2019 general elections.
