INEC Chairman, Professor MAHMOUD YAKUBU, said the alleged conversation between Governor NYESOM WIKE and some persons has shed light on what happened in Etche Local Government Area.
Professor YAKUBU noted that the legislative rerun election in Etche was not concluded because of the high level of irregularities, and INEC is yet to announce a new date for the conclusion of the elections in Etche.
