Italy Prime Minister steps down after defeat in constitutional referendum.

With the No votes leading by sixty percent against forty percent for Yes, RENZI said he accepts responsibility for the outcome of the vote.

He is expected to call a Cabinet meeting later today to formerly notify about his exit, after which he would tender his resignation to the Italian president.

Meanwhile; Italy is facing threat of banking crisis, political turmoil, and a group of anti-establishment populists banging on the doors of government.
