Nigerian Youngster David Oludase Joins Swedish Club AIK

Swedish top-flight club AIK have completed the signing of Nigerian youngster David Oluwaseyi Oludase from Ikon Allah Football Academy.

The 18-year-old winger has signed a contract with the Stockholm-based club that will run until December 31, 2029.

Oludase will initially join AIK’s academy side as he continues his development, with the club expecting him to work his way into the first team.

AIK Football Recruitment Manager, Miika Takkula, said the Nigerian impressed the club during a one-month trial with both the under-19 and senior teams.

Takkula described Oludase as a technically gifted, left-footed right winger with good speed and a strong first touch, while identifying his decision-making in the final third as an area for further development.

Oludase expressed delight over the move, describing his transfer to AIK as an important step in his young career.

The Ikon Allah Football Academy graduate joins a club that has also recently developed Nigerian youngster Zadok Yohanna, who moved to Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion this summer.
