The Vice-Chancellor of Rivers State University, Professor Isaac Zeb-Obipi, has inaugurated the permanent office building of the university’s Microfinance Bank.
Speaking during the ceremony, Professor Zeb-Obipi commended the bank’s board and management for maintaining professionalism and urged them to continue supporting the institution’s growth.
Chairman of the Board, Professor Lawyer Obara, said the transition from a community bank to a microfinance bank has strengthened professionalism and positioned the institution for sustainable growth.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank, Dr. Nuadum Etukere, reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to quality customer service and regular dividend payments to shareholders.
