INEC Rivers State yet to receive directive from its headquarters to monitor the PDP convention billed to hold in Port Harcourt.

Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state, ANIEDI IKOIWAK stated this in a telephone interview with our correspondent.

He said he is bound by whatever decision is taken by the National secretariat of the commission.
