The men were accused of firing on the Panamanian-flagged MSC Jasmine in January 2013 before being captured by naval anti-piracy forces and transferred to Mauritius for trial.
They were found guilty of sea piracy and will serve their remaining jail term of two years, having done three years in custody.
The men are between the ages of twenty-two and forty seven, and had been acquitted in November 2014 but rearrested in December last year for a new trial.
