The Ebonyi State Government has increased the minimum wage for civil and public servants to ₦90,000.
The new wage, which is ₦20,000 higher than the previous ₦70,000, was announced in a statement by the Commissioner for Information, Ikeuwa Collins-Omebeh.
The government said the new minimum wage takes effect immediately.
