A Port Harcourt High Court has adjourned hearing in the chieftaincy dispute on Ibaa community in Emohua till 26th of April, as well as 3rd, 4th and 16th of May.The matter between Chief PRINCEWILL WAKANMA and two others against Chief SAMPSOM OVUA continued before Justice E.N THOMPSON yesterday and featured cross-examination of FINEMAN OHAKA who appeared as a witness.Justice THOMPSON said the adjournment would allow both parties to prepare for the adoption of their written addresses.It may interest you to note that the Ibaa chieftaincy tussle was initiated in 2006, and the controversy has left the community devastated, with dozens of people killed over the years.
