Rivers State Governor, NYESOM WIKE, has boasted that PDP supporters will defeat what he described as a rigging army allegedly imported by Rivers APC leader, CHIBUIKE AMAECHI.Governor WIKE made the boast while addressing PDP supporters during a rally in Bori for Rivers South-East Senatorial District.WIKE said Rivers APC leaders are not campaigning but going about boasting that that they would flood the state with soldiers.He also said all those that are celebrating the killings in Ogoni will face the wrath of the people in the rerun elections.However; stakeholders of the Peoples Democratic Party in Akuku-Toru Local Government Area are concerned that acts of harassment by security operatives could present a major challenge for the party in the re-run elections.PDP leader in Kula community, Sir LOLO AWARA made the observation during a sensitisation programme, but urged the electorate to be peaceful in their conduct.On his part; the State Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, SUKUBO SARA-IGBE urged the youth to remain peaceful during and after the re-run elections.
