Uganda’s main opposition leader, KIZZA BESIGYE, has rejected the result of the country’s presidential elections.The results confirmed a fifth term of office for President YOWERI MUSEVENI, but BESIGYE who has been under house arrest since on Friday described the election as the most fraudulent in Uganda.President MUSEVENI received nearly sixty-one percent of the total votes to extend his thirty year rule, while BESIGYE polled thirty-five percent of the ballots.The outcome of the elections has also been written off by foreign observers, who submitted that the poll was conducted in an atmosphere of fear and intimidation.
