The foundation in a statement signed by the Chairman, Chief Constance Meju and the coordinator, Francis Nabie, said they still remember him for his fearless spirit, noting that he is a courageous man of truth and compassionate leader who took great risks to pursue a better Niger Delta.
The statement also notes that the group misses his presence, thoughtfulness, courage and passion for justice, while also noting the difficulty to let go, four years after his demise.
It also assured of a continued push for a free and better developed Niger Delta and Nigeria at large.
Until his death, Patrick Naagbaton was an environmental and human right activist who fought against the ill treatment melted on the people of Niger delta and the country.
