The Rivers State Police Command has announced the arrest of four suspected criminals and the recovery of five AK-47 rifles around Ibadan waterfront in Port Harcourt.

The Rivers State Police Command has announced the arrest of four suspected criminals and the recovery of five AK-47 rifles around Ibadan waterfront in Port Harcourt.The command spokesman, AHMAD MUHAMMAD said the breakthrough was made based on a tip-off on suspicious movements around the waterfront area.MUHAMMAD said a combine team of policemen led to the arrest of FRANCIS ANDERSON, GIFT DAVID, RICHARD TORIA and BARIKWA GODSPOWER, who are between ages eighteen and thirty-eight years.The Command spokesman also said six magazines and one hundred and twenty rounds of live ammunition were also recovered from the suspects, as well as two vehicles.
