Justice James Omotosho fixed the date today after the counsel to the governor, Joshua Musa, and lawyer to the PDP, Johnson Usman, adopted their processes and presented their arguments for and against the suit.
Wike had sued the PDP, its National Working Committee, and its National Executive Committee as 1st to 3rd respondents respectively.
The governor also joined the National Chairman of the PDP, Iyorchia Ayu,the National Secretary of the PDP, Senator Samuel Anyanwu, and the
Independent National Electoral Commission, as 4th to 6th respondents, respectively.
Wike is praying for an order directing all parties to maintain status quo and stay all actions in the matter relating to the threat to suspend or expel him by the 1st to 5th respondents pending the hearing and determination of the originating motion.
Meanwhile, a retired ambassador, Joe Keshi, has appealed to the Supreme Court to allow cameras into the court for the first time, when the hearing for the Presidential election commences.

Keshi, who had been ambassador to many countries, including Togo, Ethiopia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Namibia, Sierra Leone and the United States, said the Supreme Court should endeavour to make the process transparent this time.
