Some members of the NLC who announced the removal of the embattled state chairman of the congress, Beatrice Itubo had claimed that they secured a court judgment which nullified the employment of Itubo by the Medical and Health Workers union in Rivers state.
But a member of the State Administration Council, Frederick Nwoje said there is no court judgment anywhere nullifying the employment of Itubo by her primary union.
Nwoje said the judge had only made a comment during a suit being referred to about the need to regularize her employment by way of putting a definite duration for the said employment which the union has done.
He challenged anyone to produce the said judgement by the National Industry court.
The Labour leader also explained that four people cannot claim to have removed the chairman of the congress without due process.
