The President made the appeal while speaking during the First year Ministerial Retreat of his second term in office in Abuja.
President BUHARI believes his administration has done with even with meagre resources compared to the past administrations in the country.
The president also noted that the incessant crisis between cattle herders and farmers is not a religious or cultural problem but a problem of failed leadership caused by VIPs.
