Justice Enebeli gave the date after parties argued and adopted their final written addresses on the matter.
Earlier, Counsel to David Elwest, Vincent Chukwu, in his argument, asked the court to discharged and acquit his client, stating that the prosecuting counsel could not prove beyond reasonable doubt the case of murder against his client.
Also Lezina Amegwa who is a counsel to the second defendant in the matter urged the court to dismiss the charge against Nimi ThankGod who was accused of wrapping and dumping on the roadside a murdered female allegedly by the first defendant Gracious David West.
On his part, the state prosecution counsel, Chidi Ekeh in his response, insisted that prosecution has proven its case beyond reasonable doubt as required by law.
He also spoke to newsmen outside the court room.
