The INEC National Commissioner in charge of Delta, Cross River and Rivers states, May Agbamuche made the observation while briefing newsmen in Port Harcourt.
The INEC commissioner said out of fifty four thousand nine hundred and forty five PVCs which have been received, only ten thousand three hundred and seventy three have so far been collected.
She therefore called on Rivers people to ensure they come forward to collect their PVC.
Speaking on the recent discovery of some PVCs from the drainage in Obio-Akpor local government area of the state, the INEC commissioner noted that the PVCs have been handed over the security agencies for investigation.
