Reports suggest that the embattled northern city of Aleppo has been calm, just as the monitoring group – the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights – confirmed that it has been quiet on nearly all fronts.
The ceasefire deal was brokered by Russia and the United States, and US Secretary of State JOHN KERRY said it was possibly the last chance to save a united Syria.
