The paramount ruler of Alesa community in Eleme local government area of the state, His Royal Highness Emperor J.D Nkpe who made the appeal said forty eight hours may not be enough to access the terrain where the illegal dumpsites are located.
The Paramount Ruler in an interview Today FM’s Chinedu Iwunna also stressed the need for the local institution to be involved in fishing out the illegal refineries.
The Alesa King also appealed for the operators of the illegal refineries to be granted amnesty and then punished if they return to the act.
