Voters registration: pay special attention to Nigerians living in rural areas says Hilda Dokubo

This call was made by Nollywood actress, Hilda Dokubo during an interview with journalists in Port Harcourt

She called on INEC to make more equipment and officials available to the rural communities to speed the process.

The actress also charged well-meaning Rivers people to support the process with logistics to ensure that the elderly and illiterates in rural areas register for their PVC’s.
