The teachers who were reinstated explained that the process was smooth, but noted that some conditions were met.
One of the teachers, Igberi Chukwunenye, however, refuted an earlier statement by some aggrieved teachers concerning their reinstatement processes, stating that they were only asked to sign an undertaken.
Another teacher, Uchendu Moses claimed that about fifteen teachers were reabsorbed by the UBE Board.
Recall that last year, some teachers under the UBE, were employed at the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, but lost their appointment, following the cancellation of the employment process in the school by the governor.
The teachers in a bid to return back to the UBE experienced some challenges, where they were allegedly asked to pay some amount of money for their reinstatement.
