Tropical Storm Hits Costa Rica Kills at least twenty two

More than twenty people are still missing in the Central American nations as Nate moves north towards the United States.
On the trail of the tropical storm are heavy rains, landslides and floods, with several roads blocked, bridges destroyed and houses damaged.
Nearly four hundred thousand people have been cut off from running water in Costa Rica, and thousands are sleeping in shelters.
