Troops Neutralise Suspects, Arrest Gunrunner in Plateau Operations

Troops of Operation Enduring Peace have intensified their offensive against terrorist elements in Plateau State, neutralising several suspects, arresting a suspected gunrunner and recovering locally fabricated rifles during coordinated operations across Jos South, Barkin Ladi and Bokkos local government areas.

The military said the operations were carried out between June 26 and July 1 as part of ongoing efforts to dismantle terrorist enclaves, disrupt criminal networks and restore lasting peace within the Joint Operations Area.

According to the military, the latest offensives targeted criminal hideouts and movement routes used by armed groups operating in parts of Plateau State.
