Tribunal Reserves Judgment In Atiku’s Petition Against Tinubu

The five-man panel led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, reserved judgment to a date to be communicated to the parties.

The petitioners, PDP and Atiku as well as Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, are praying for the nullification of Tinubu’s victory in the February 25 election.

They are both praying to be named the winner of the election, or that a rerun to be conducted.

Similarly; the five-member panel of the presidential tribunal has reserved judgment on the petition by the Labour Party presidential Candidate, Peter Obi against President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressive party.

Obi, who came third in the election is challenging the victory of TINUBU in the February 25 election.

The tribunal, after adopting the parties’ final written addresses, reserved judgment to a date to be communicated to the parties in the case.
