President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the winners of the by-elections held on Saturday across 16 constituencies in 12 states. In a statement issued on Sunday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President praised the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for what he described as “hitch-free elections, mostly devoid of violence.”
