The Civil Society Organization (CSO) in Rivers State has criticized the provisions of the Gazette on the state’s Emergency Rule, particularly the powers granted to the Sole Administrator to conduct local government elections. Chairman of the CSO, Enefa Georgewill, said attempts by President Bola Tinubu to correct what he described as errors committed during the
