A university lecturer, Dr. Hope Barango-Tariah, has criticized the Sole Administrator of Rivers State, retired Vice Admiral Ibok Ete-Ibas, for claiming he saved ₦5 billion from the ongoing staff verification exercise. Dr. Barango-Tariah described the remarks as a face-saving tactic after what he termed a poor administration in the administrator’s nearly six months in office.
