Some Labour Party chairmanship candidates in Rivers State are kicking against a five-million-naira security bond imposed by the local government elections tribunal for anyone or party challenging the August 30th LGA election results. The candidate for Bonny Local Government, Dr. Priye Tonye, described the ₦5 million bond as illegal and a clear denial of justice.
