Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Rivers State have issued a strong condemnation of the Sole Administrator of Rivers State, retired Vice Admiral Ibok Ete-Ibas, over allegations that he has withdrawn gratuities meant for pensioners in the state. Addressing the issue, the South-South Youths Initiative described the alleged action as utterly unacceptable. The group’s National President,
